PROJECT MANAGER W/ INTERACTIVE EXPERTISE, PART-TIME

We are seeking an individual who is a leader for the part-time Web Project Manager position.  The selected individual will be responsible for traffic development, budget, timelines, proposals, resource management, quality assurance, and business analysis and presentations. This indiviual will also be responsible for customer relations with selected Fortune 2000 medical sponsors. Interactive and Web experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the planning, development, successful delivery and maintenance of web functionality
• Manage expectations, communication and project details with clients and internal creative, content and application development teams
• Establish a professional, successful relationship with clients
• Plan, coordinate and execute with project resources
• Coordinate with project resources
• Document project details
• Observe timelines
• Adhere to budget guidelines/constraints

• Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple projects of different sizes/types
• Ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and team members

• Have prior success in managing projects to budget
• Manage client expectations throughout the project’s lifecycle
• Manage and motivate project team members
• Be a team player, willing to support other team members with work overflow
• Medical project management experience a significant plus
• Fortune 2000 customer management experience
• Medical agency and/or medical product management a plus

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite & MS Project
• Experience: Candidate must have 4-6 years successful work experience as a Project Manager within a web or application software company.
• Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the Internet, traffic development, online marketing, software solutions and trends. Good understanding of both front-end and back-end Web design and development.
